Greg Como is founder and President of GCC Solutions (GCCS). His passion for maintenance and reliability starting early in his career while working part-time in maintenance and putting himself through school at the University of Houston. While working as a part-time supervisor trainee, he learned at the ground level how ineffective and inefficient companies were at managing their maintenance and reliability process. It was also clear that companies had very little understanding that maintenance needed to be managed and controlled. Greg began developing these concepts and processes at an early stage in his career and is leading GCCS to becoming a world leader in Best Practices in maintenance and reliability consulting. In addition, Greg has over 38 years experience in planning, implementing, and managing value-adding workplace processes and management initiatives. He has extensive World Class Manufacturing experience in plant and corporate organizations throughout North America and Europe. He has worked as a Director, Ops Manager, Maintenance Manager, Plant Engineer, Project Manager, and Supervisor of Maintenance.

Jared Como

While working as an intern for GCC at Coca Cola manufacturing in Northampton, Massachusetts, and in between classes, Jared was able to get a glimpse at the maintenance and reliability process firsthand. At Coca Cola, he worked alongside senior consultants assisting in daily maintenance tasks, including inputting data into CMMS systems and assisting with daily planning and scheduling processes. Jared also implemented process improvement with Shell Oil Company which included; SAP PM optimization, planning and scheduling, data mining within SAP PM, and training of Shell staff (operator and maintenance techs). Jared also handles day-to-day marketing and expansion projects. In 2020, he helped rebrand GCC Solutions and remodel their digital footprint. Still in his early phases of his career, he has learned effectively and efficiently, how to coach companies into finding their true potential in world class manufacturing.
