Improvement Planning:

This interactive session educates both operations and maintenance leaders on best-practices, and engages them in understanding results of the Opportunity Assessment. Improvement Planning also facilitates the development of a vision and detailed implementation plan.

Opportunity Assessment:

This process assesses current Reliability and Maintenance processes and equipment performance. Based on our Maintenance Excellence Framework — a tool built on 30 years of best-practices observations — we interview organization members, gather performance data, map workflows, and compare data to our database of Best-in-Class performance.

Benchmarking:

This process provides customized assessments to identify best practices. These benchmarks can be customized within a manufacturing plant, company, industry or even, outside a specific industry.
